Editorial & Content Standards
How we research, write, review and maintain everything we publish, for this site and for client practices.
Why We Publish These Standards
Dental marketing content influences health decisions. Patients deserve accuracy; Google demands demonstrable expertise. These standards govern every page and post we produce.
Our Standards
Author attribution
Every article carries a named author with real, verifiable credentials, see our team page. We do not publish anonymous content.
Editorial review
Every piece is reviewed by our editorial team, led by Christopher, before publication, and re-reviewed on a 12-month cycle. Clinical claims are verified against primary sources such as the ADA and peer-reviewed research.
Sourcing
Statistics cite primary sources, ADA data, peer-reviewed research, platform documentation, or our own disclosed portfolio data with methodology.
Portfolio data disclosure
Performance figures ("average client reaches Maps top 3 in 94 days") come from our client portfolio; they are averages, not guarantees, and individual results vary by market.
Freshness
Every page shows a last-reviewed date. Content older than 12 months is re-verified or retired.
AI usage
We use AI tools for research and drafting efficiency; every published piece is human-edited, expert-reviewed and accountable to a named author.
